How to use HTS686 Walnut Sand Carbon Deposition Cleaner Machine:

1. Open the outer packaging and check whether there is any damage to each part.

2. Gently take out the accessories and the whole machine, and install each component in place according to the following steps

• Connect the recovery particle tube with the host.
• Open the locks at both ends of the host head from the top to the outside, gently lift the head and check whether the recovery particle filter element is stable as required.
• Check whether the filter is displaced as required.
• After passing the inspection, gently pour the walnut sand particles with an outer diameter of 0.4-0.8mm into the host barrel. The particle weight is 2-4Kg, and it is advisable not to exceed the height of the screen.
• Gently install the head back to the host and lock the locks at both ends.
• After moving the host to the site of use, the compressed air of not less than 0.7MPa is connected to the host according to the position.
  Wear goggles to prevent splashing and hurting your eyes. Connect the plug to a 220V/55Hz power supply.
• Connect the recovery particle connector to the recovery pipe and align it with the workpiece to be cleaned.
• Turn on the host switch. To ensure the quality of recycling, it is recommended to use high-grade sand material.
• Insert the carbon removal gun from the injection port on the recovery particle connector, press the carbon removal gun switch, and start the carbon removal program. In order to clean different workpieces in different occasions, please adjust the throttle valve at the bottom of the carbon removal gun according to the actual situation to ensure that the injection speed is in the best state and that the carbon removal is perfect without damaging the workpiece.
